भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगहों पर बच्चों से एक सेकेंड के लिए भी नज़र ओझल हो जाए तो प्राण सूख जाता है. वहीं बच्चों को अपने मम्मी-पापा न दिखें तो वे बुरी तरह घबराकर रोने-धोने लगते हैं. दोनों ही सिचुएशन्स के बारे में सोचकर ही दिल दहल जाता है. आइए जानें, आपको क्या करना चाहिए बच्चों को भीड़ भरी जगह पर ले जाते समय, ताकि आपको ऐसी स्थिति का सामना न करना पड़े.
#1 वैसे तो हमें अपने बच्चों को परिवार के सदस्यों के फ़ोन नंबर, घर का ऐड्रेस आदि याद करवाना चाहिए. पर यदि वे बहुत छोटे हों तो यह सुनिश्चित करें कि बाहर जाते समय उनकी जेब या गले में टैग कार्ड ज़रूर हो.
#2 बच्चों को मदद मांगना सिखाएं. उन्हें पुलिस या सुरक्षाकर्मियों यानी यूनिफ़ॉर्म वाले लोगों को पहचानना सिखाएं. उन्हें बताएं कि ये लोग मुसीबत के समय हमारी मदद करने के लिए होते हैं.
#3 भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगहों पर बच्चों का हाथ न छोड़ें. उनपर नज़र बनाए रखें. इसके लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है कि बहुत ज़्यादा लगेज लेकर ऐसी जगहों पर न जाएं. लगेज होने से हमारा ध्यान लगेज संभालने पर भी रहता है.
#4 जहां जा रहे हों, वहां के कुछ बड़े लैंडमार्क्स के बारे में बच्चों को बताकर रखें. ताकि अगर वे आपके द्वारा सावधानी बरतने के बावजूद खो जाते हैं तो वे उन लैंडमार्क्स पर जाकर आपका इंतज़ार कर सकें, बजाय यहां-वहां भटकने या रोने-धोने के.
#5 अगर आपके पास एक्स्ट्रा फ़ोन हो तो फ़ुल चार्ज करके उसे बच्चे की जेब में रख सकते हैं. या आप उनके पास जीपीएस ट्रैकर रख सकते हैं. हां, बाहर जाते समय अपने फ़ोन को भी फ़ुल चार्ज रखना बहुत ज़रूरी है.
#6 घर से निकलते समय बच्चे की फ़ोटो खींच लें. ताकि आपको पता हो कि उन्होंने कौन-सी ड्रेस पहन रखी है. ज़रूरत पड़ने पर आप वह फ़ोटो तुरंत सर्कुलेट भी कर सकते हैं. ऐसा करने से उन्हें लोकेट करने में काफ़ी मदद मिलेगी.
#7 बच्चे को अगर बाहर वॉशरूम जाना हो तो वे भले ही अकेले जा सकने योग्य हों या कॉन्फ़िडेंट हों, आप अंदर उनके साथ ज़रूर जाएं.
#8 आप जहां जा रहे हैं, अगर वहां आपकी उम्मीद से ज़्यादा भीड़ हो गई हो तो भीड़ में घुसने के बजाय इंतज़ार करना बेहतर होता है. चाहे कितना भी ज़रूरी काम हो, आप ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा भीड़ देखकर जाना कैंसल कर सकते हैं. ख़ासकर जब आपको ट्रेन, मेट्रो या बस से जाना हो.
#9 बच्चों को उनकी छठीं इंद्रीय पर भरोसा करना सिखाएं. खो जाने की स्थिति में अगर कोई व्यक्ति उन्हें सही नहीं लग रहा हो तो उससे सावधान रहने की सीख दें. किसी अकेले व्यक्ति से मदद मांगने के बजाय ग्रुप से मदद मांगें.
#10 अगर आप अपने मन से भीड़ का डर निकालना चाहते हैं तो सबसे पहले अपने बच्चों को भीड़ में खो जाने जैसी बुरी से बुरी स्थिति में हिम्मती बनने की सीख दें. यह सुनने में अजीब लगे, पर आपको अपने बच्चों के साथ भीड़ में खो जाने के बारे में बातचीत करनी चाहिए. उन्हें घर पहुंचने के तमाम तरीक़ों के बारे में बताएं. उससे कहें कि ऐसी स्थिति में घबराना या पैनिक नहीं होना है.
